In the workshop, 14 new automatic φ 76-φ 630 high-frequency straight seam welded steel pipe production lines operate efficiently, and cooperate with 3 straight seam double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipe production lines and professional anti-corrosion production lines to form an integrated production capacity layout of "pipe making+anti-corrosion+deep processing", which can meet the diversified and customized needs of different customers. Different from the traditional manual-led production mode, the high-frequency welded pipe production line of Huayang Steel Pipe is fully equipped with advanced intelligent control system, which realizes automatic flow from raw material coiling and accurate feeding to forming, welding and length-setting, greatly reducing human operation errors, effectively ensuring the stability and accuracy of each production process, and demonstrating the intelligent manufacturing strength of enterprises.
During the inspection, the customer and his party stopped at the core links of raw material preparation, molding, welding, post-welding treatment and finished product inspection in strict accordance with the production line, carefully observed the whole production process and inquired about the process details in depth. In the raw material preparation area, the staff introduced the strict screening standards of high-quality hot-rolled/cold-rolled coils as raw materials for high-frequency welded pipes to customers in detail. Each batch of raw materials must pass multiple strict tests such as chemical composition analysis and ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure that the plate width tolerance is controlled within 1mm and the sickle bend is not more than 1mm per meter, so as to build a solid product quality foundation from the source and effectively guarantee the stability of subsequent production links.
In the forming process area, customers stopped to carefully observe the cold bending forming process of strip steel, and on-site technicians mainly explained the advanced forming technology adopted by Huayang steel pipe. Through the gradual extrusion of several groups of high-precision forming rollers, the flat steel strip is slowly bent into a cylinder, and the edges are precisely aligned to form an open joint. At the same time, the V-shaped meeting angle is accurately controlled to make preparations for the subsequent high-quality welding. This link directly determines the roundness, dimensional accuracy and structural stability of the steel pipe, which is one of the key processes to ensure product quality.
As the core process of high-frequency welded pipe production, welding fully demonstrates the technical and hard strength of Huayang steel pipe. In the workshop, the high-frequency induction heating equipment runs efficiently and stably. The edge of the strip steel is heated to a molten state of 1200-1500℃ by a high-frequency current of 350-400kHz, and then precise extrusion force is applied to realize the metallurgical combination of the weld and the base metal, so as to ensure that the welding strength is consistent with the base metal. Different from the ordinary welding process, the production of high-frequency welded pipe of Huayang steel pipe strictly follows the international general standards such as API 5L, and monitors the key parameters such as welding output power, temperature gradient and extrusion force in real time, so as to stabilize the width of weld fusion zone in the range of 3-5mm, effectively avoiding defects such as overheating, coarsening or incomplete fusion, and making the welding pass rate as high as 99.7%. At the same time, the production line is equipped with on-line eddy current detection system, which realizes 100% real-time monitoring of welds, and the sensitivity of defect detection reaches 0.3mm, which accurately intercepts potential quality hazards from the production process and ensures welding quality in all directions.
In the post-welding treatment, customers have a deep understanding of the quality assurance details of Huayang steel pipe. Aiming at the problem of residual stress in the welding process, the company adopted the online intermediate frequency induction normalizing process to heat the weld area to 920-950℃ and keep the temperature for 5-15 minutes, so as to homogenize the weld structure, eliminate the hardened phase and greatly improve the toughness and durability of the steel pipe. After this process, the Charpy impact energy of steel pipe weld at -20℃ is increased from 40J to 70J, which can fully meet the use requirements of harsh scenes such as polar oil and gas fields and infrastructure construction in severe cold areas, and shows the advantages of high quality products.
Subsequently, the customer and his party went to the company's testing center to fully understand the whole process quality control system of Huayang Steel Pipe.
