In order to thoroughly implement the national "Safe Production Month" spirit, respond to the general requirements of "everyone speaks about safety and everyone knows how to deal with emergencies", and effectively improve the emergency handling ability and safety awareness of front-line workers, at 9:30 am on June 20, 2025, Huayang Mingfu Project Department and Mengcun Hui Autonomous County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau jointly conducted a comprehensive emergency drill with the theme of "Fire Fighting and Flood Prevention" at the project construction site.
The drill was led by Hebei Construction Engineering Group, with the participation of the general contractor, supervision unit, labor force and relevant departments of county-level emergency, fire protection and meteorology, aiming at testing the project department's ability of rapid response and coordinated handling of multiple emergency scenarios such as extreme weather and sudden fire.
Simulate the emergency mechanism of "double danger" actual combat inspection
This drill adopts scenario simulation method, and it is set that during the construction process, an electrical short circuit suddenly causes an initial fire, followed by a sudden rainstorm, which leads to the danger of water accumulation in the low-lying area of the construction site, forming a complex emergency scene in which fire and waterlogging are superimposed.
With the "accident" triggered, the on-site emergency broadcast was immediately started, and the command team of the project department quickly started the emergency response plan, and the on-site teams had a clear division of labor and worked closely together:

The whole drill took only 20 minutes to complete the whole process from accident discovery, response start-up, emergency treatment to danger control. Achieved the exercise goal of "zero stagnation in the preplan process and zero mistakes in coordination", and won unanimous recognition from the Housing and Construction Bureau and the emergency expert group.
