Production Process
Pipe Pre-treatment: All steel pipe substrates are subject to strict incoming quality inspection. After removing surface oil, dust and impurities, steel grit shot blasting is adopted to polish the pipe surface to SA 2.5 industrial standard, thoroughly removing rust and oxide layers to ensure maximum bonding force between the coating and the steel pipe.
Constant Temperature Preheating: Professional induction heating equipment is used to uniformly heat the pipe surface to the optimal temperature range of 200–250°C, creating the best fusion conditions for FBE epoxy powder, ensuring uniform melting and firm adhesion of the coating.
Electrostatic Precision Spraying: FBE epoxy powder is evenly sprayed on the heated steel pipe surface through high-precision electrostatic spraying equipment. The powder melts rapidly and integrates with the steel surface to form a preliminary dense protective layer.
High-temperature Constant Curing: The sprayed steel pipes enter the constant-temperature curing workshop for standardized curing treatment, so that the epoxy powder fully reacts and solidifies, forming a seamless, compact and stable anti-corrosion coating structure.
Full Inspection & Quality Control: Finished products undergo comprehensive quality tests including coating thickness detection, bonding strength test, impact resistance test and holiday pinhole detection.
