Manufacturing Process

Surface Pretreatment: Shot blasting treatment to Sa2.5 grade, thoroughly removing rust, oxide scale and oil stains on the pipe surface, increasing the surface roughness and improving the adhesion between the coating and the steel pipe.
3PE Coating Construction: Adopt automatic electrostatic spraying technology to apply epoxy powder primer, then extrude and coat the adhesive layer and high-density polyethylene topcoat in sequence, and cure integrally at high temperature to ensure the coating is uniform and tightly bonded.
Coating Quality Inspection: Conduct 100% thickness testing, spark leak detection, impact resistance test and peel strength test on the 3PE coating to eliminate unqualified products.
