For example, the LSAW pipe used in deep sea should bear a high voltage test of 40MPa, which is equivalent to a pressure of 4,000 meters underwater.

In view of special working conditions, special tests are needed: hydrogen-induced cracking test to ensure that hydrogen energy pipelines are not brittle under high pressure, and stress corrosion test to verify the stability of oil and gas pipelines in complex media. Domestic head enterprises have achieved full traceability of test data, and each LSAW tube has its own "ID code", which can query all test records from steel plate to finished product.
