LSAW steel pipes can be divided into UOE steel pipes, JCOE steel pipes and HME steel pipes according to the forming method. UOE steel pipes are single steel plates that are pre-bent at the edges and then go through U-shaped forming, O-shaped forming, internal welding, external welding, mechanical cold expansion and other processes. JCOE steel pipes are pre-welded, formed, and welded according to the "J-C-O-E" process, and then cold expanded. HME steel pipes are formed by the mandrel rolling method according to the "C-C-O" process, and then cold expanded after welding.
