Hot Rolled HFW Welded Pipe OD76~660mm Low Carbon Steel For Pipeline is medium & large diameter high-frequency straight welded pipeline pipe, manufactured from hot rolled low carbon steel coils as raw material, specially developed for municipal water supply, city gas, industrial circulating fluid and medium-low pressure oil & gas gathering transmission pipelines. The outer diameter fully covers 76mm to 660mm mainstream pipeline calibers, complying with GB/T 3091, ASTM A53, API 5L, EN10217 global fluid pipeline standards.

Adopting hot rolled low carbon strip with stable uniform metallographic structure, the pipe is formed and welded via advanced HFW high-frequency induction welding technology without filler metal. Weld realizes full metallurgical fusion with base metal, matched with online internal & external flash removal and weld normalization heat treatment to eliminate welding residual stress.
