Conventional delivery date of API 5L PSL1 X46 DN600 HFW steel pipe (domestic mainstream steel mills/traders, February 2026);
I. Spot (in stock)
3-7 days (after confirming the advance payment/letter of credit)
Application: conventional wall thickness (6.35/7.92/9.53/11.13 mm), length of 6m/12m, and no special coating.
II. Futures (production scheduling)
15-30 days (after receiving the advance payment/letter of credit)
Small batch (≤500 tons): 15–20 days
Large batch (≥1000 tons): 20–30 days.
Including: raw material procurement, HFW rolling, weld heat treatment, water pressure/UT detection, surface treatment and packaging.
Third, the key factors affecting the delivery time
Order quantity: the larger the batch, the longer the scheduling cycle.
Wall thickness/length: Non-standard wall thickness and non-6/12m length will be extended by 3-5 days.
Surface treatment:
Ordinary painting: no extra increase.
3PE/anticorrosive coating:+7–15 days
Scheduling of steel mills: The peak season (March-May, September-November) may rise by 5-10 days.
Transportation: domestic land transportation for 3-7 days; Export by sea for 25-45 days (excluding production)
